In the life of each of us there are chances that it is important not to miss to be happy and successful. This summer, a unique opportunity for development has emerged among those who are looking for themselves, thinking about changes or wanting to learn a new, useful business. For a symbolic price, you can pass express courses in sewing, hand embroidery and knitting, and then, if desired, become an artisan or even set up an enterprise. The incubator of small business ZAO MAP ZAO has long been a place where future businessmen can get all-round support. It was within these walls that a new project was born. He received the promising title “Academy of Activization of Entrepreneurship in the Countryside”. This idea has been carried out for a long time. Its implementation is supported by the local sustainable development fund “Innovations for the Regions”, the founder of which is a small business incubator. Another partner was Podlyashsky Regional Development Fund. Assistance in financing the project in the framework of development cooperation was made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. Such an active activity of a small business incubator is an excellent example of how much there is room for new beginnings and accomplishments. Only we, unfortunately, often do not notice them. What, for example, in the life of an individual and even a whole region can change through courses, and why are they ready to be trained for a very modest sum? “First of all, we want to provide more opportunities for self-employment of the population, development of entrepreneurial initiative,” says Marina Naidovich, the head of ZAO MAP ZAO. – After all, the more small businesses, the better for people, region and country. It is important to teach to earn. A striking confirmation of this is the Lyadenskaya school-garden in the Cherven district, where the student business company for joy brings to everyone the great fruits. Recently, the director of this educational institution called and shared a wonderful news: several graduates have already opened their work in their small homeland. Do I need to explain how important it is for the village and for the children? It is gratifying that business companies are also operating in the Minsk region in educational institutions. We have many enterprising, creative people who join with interest in various projects. For them, and open up new ways. The courses are already recording. The training will start on July 9th. Join both women and men, it would be time and desire. It is not worth embarrassing: it has long been noticed that some representatives of the stronger sex have a special talent for needlework. Training is organized with the support of partner organizations. The express course on sewing will be held in sewing coaching “To the fullest” (Minsk, Platonov street, 10). Under the guidance of professionals, students will not only confidently and skillfully equip with needles and threads, but also carry out their own work with several products. In addition, everyone can attend a hand-sewing school SewingLab (Minsk, V. Khoruzhey street, 29). Everyone will master embroidery in mixed technique and in rococo technique, learn how to make brooches. Do you want to be able to knit crocheted and knitting? At your service are experienced teachers of a small business incubator in Kolodishchi. The cost of classes is only 30 rubles, and this amount will be purchased basic materials, which will be needed in the training process. The payment was introduced solely to motivate the pupils to take seriously seriously the lessons and be focused on the result. – There is already interest in future masters, – Marina Naidovich admits. – For example, those who show themselves well will have a chance to discuss the possibility of finding employment with one of the Belarusian designers. A good prospect is cooperation with Polish partners. In early July we visited Bialystok and discovered it for ourselves from a new perspective. As it turned out, he is the center for sewing women’s underwear. About 20 private companies are successfully engaged in this.They are ready to cooperate with our sewing enterprises, which can take work for outsourcing and sewing to order certain products or even whole collections. But the most important thing is that unique opportunities for artisans have been created in our country. Polish colleagues could not believe that in a year it is necessary to pay only one basic value, which is 24.5 rubles. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create a special website so that artisans can use their help to express themselves, exchange experiences and learn something new. In the near future in the incubator of small business will open the workshop “Tutayshaya Maisternya.” There will be all the necessary equipment in order to continue to work in the future. There will appear professional sewing machines, overlocks, and ironing boards … Until the end of the year, you can find a cozy, equipped place for work, and at the same time do not pay anything for rent. Later such a service will nevertheless be paid, but inexpensive. The common space should unite artisans, become a place for work, inspiration and the birth of new plans. The idea of its creation arose thanks to the inhabitants of Kolodishch. In the agro-town there are many talented craftsmen, who sometimes lack communication or knowledge, how to realize oneself not only in creativity, but also in business. It was about them that they initially thought. In the small business incubator they decided to correct this situation, but the business approach led far beyond the agro-town.
